You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order all the way to your home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you try to track your package and no information is available, this simply means that the carrier has not yet processed your package. Once the package has been scanned into the system, tracking events will be displayed on the tracking page.
If the estimated arrival date has passed, please contact us so we can take care of it.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure you enter the correct address at checkout, as we cannot accept responsibility if your order is delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the shipping company after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
